The Cuba Libre Ring was designed by Braulio Parajon, a Cuban-American who immigrated to the U.S. in 1965 at the age of 5. Although he is now an American citizen, Braulio remains profoundly proud of his Cuban heritage and knows that he is not alone in this belief. This handsome ring is cast in durable stainless steel and plated in bright silver or gold. The design features the Cuban coat-of-arms with the words “Cuba Libre” on the face, the words “90 Millas (90 Miles...the distance between the Cuba and the U.S. mainland) engraved on one side and a stylized Cuban flag on the opposite side.
