Today, January 28th. #UnionBeerStore officially turns 3. It’s all been a journey that has gone by way too fast. It’s extremely surreal to think that just three years ago, I was scared, nervous and overjoyed about the fact that I was going to leave “my career” to pursue a dream, to pursue my passions. Sometimes I try to stop myself from the daily grind and take a second to just look back at what WE’VE created. I love my family that has been created between us at Union, yes... even Enrique. I can say I will make sure to never take for granted what we have in Union. I am forever grateful in UnionBeerDave and CiCi_UnionBeerStore for placing their trust in me and giving me an opportunity of a lifetime, and a life change I will never have any regrets of making. I will forever be #uBs4Life.

These self-reliance bottles just hit different. Definitely eye-opening to say the least. An excellent tool to check your pallet and see what hops you truly desire. This was my third one and definitely my favorite as of yet .
Flavors are tart, lemons, white wine followed by some grapefruit funk. Oak on the back end with a slight bit of grass, hay and pine. Funky and complex. Wish I had another 😒. Excited to crack the last one . Citra on deck .😜
