El Cubano: Spiced city ham, pork, swiss cheese, homemade pickles and mustard on Cuban bread...

Absolutely loved this place. The owners care so much about every aspect of their sandwiches. They make everything from scratch, and you can taste the difference. The meats are well seasoned with tons of depth of flavor. The bread is perfectly crusty and glistening from being basted with lard. The proportions of everything were spot on. Every ingredient compliments the rest, including the sauces and their scratch-made hot sauces, that despite being made with frighteningly hot peppers (lookin at you guava + Carolina reaper), the flavors still shine through.

My fav was the pan con lechon bc I’m a serious sucker for pickled onions and their sweet acidity complimented the fatty, shredded roasted pig perfectly.

And please whatever you do, don’t sleep on the croquettas. They are so crispy on the outside, not greasy at all, smooth and salty inside, and the SAUCE. ✋🏻 So bright, fresh and tangy. Perfect with the croquettas.

sanguichdemiami is a must! I stopped in for all the classics, a Batido de Mamey, Croquetas and a sandwich Cubano. It’s a cute spot with some amazing eats! Not to mention they were selling out of stuff so you knoooow it has to be good! 💯

After an overwhelming response, I decided to start mukbang again. At home. In my car. Around the world. All the places. You guys also voted on Cuban sandwiches over grilled cheese (which I was shocked about) and tacos for my first car mukbang back, so excited to deliver the yumminess to you!

Happy to be back doing these after a really tough year. I feel most myself when I’m able to sit and chat with you guys. It’s hard to describe, I just haven’t really felt excited or particularly energetic about doing a lot. I want my energy, my own unique brand, to be back, and I think this will be the way to do it.
